- With the combined effort of all of the company’s business areas, DocPath as recently re-certified under both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 15504, which proves the company’s dedication to quality and efficiency in its document software solutions and services.
Suwanee (GA), May 26, 2017 – DocPath, one of the world’s leading providers of innovative document software solutions, has recently successfully completed the re-certification audits on its head quarters and offices in the US, for maintenance of its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and ISO/IEC 15504 Software Development Process Certifications. The certification audits were carried out by the independent certification bodies Lloyd’s Register Group, for the ISO 9001:2008 standard, and AENOR, for the ISO/IEC 15504. The excellent audit results demonstrate DocPath’s desire to always perform at the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
The ISO 9001 standard is one of the most prestigious standards worldwide. It focuses on quality management systems and performance, ensuring that all related processes are not only conducted under controlled conditions, but also undergo continuous improvement. Additionally, the standard assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality with their wider, internal and external, business requirements. The corresponding audit, performed by globally recognized audit service provider Lloyd’s Register Group, has proven that DocPath’s quality management procedures continue to be correctly aligned with the standard’s high requirements. Therefore, DocPath has, once again, earned certification under ISO 9001:2008, for all its offices in Europe and the US and for all its business areas.
DocPath has also been re-certified under ISO/IEC 15504, also known as SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination), by the Spanish Association for Normalization and Certification (AENOR). The ISO/IEC 15504 standard is an official and international framework for the assessment of organizational processes involving software provision, development, evolution and support. DocPath’s re-certification of compliance with the standard recognizes that their software development cycle practices and procedures ensure consistent quality in the practices and, consequently, in the services and products that they deliver to their clients.
By re-certifying under both standards, DocPath proves its ability to consistently provide Document Output Management and print process management solutions and services that meet customer needs, placing customer satisfaction as a core component of those requirements
