Danone Group, a leader in the food industry, faced significant challenges with a network of over 70 warehouses producing large volumes of transportation documents.
Without a centralized system, the document management processes, which directly impacted customer relationships, were slow and inefficient.
The company needed a solution to centralize delivery notes generated across 72 distribution centers and 8 logistics bases, serving more than 40,000 retailers in Spain.

The Solution
DocPath provided Danone with a Customer Communications Management (CCM) solution composed of integrated software modules that transformed the company’s document management workflow. Administrative processes were automated, optimizing customer relationships.
With DocPath’s software, any Danone employee can simultaneously access documents and generate files in PDF format, including internal and third-party delivery notes.
The solution also features a professional document design tool, enabling the creation of dynamic templates with barcodes, images, and graphics.

The Benefits
The implementation of DocPath’s solution accelerated the generation of invoices and transportation documents, as well as significantly increased the speed of producing other professional documents.
Danone now benefits from the flexibility to export delivery notes in various file formats and reduced paper consumption by using faster laser printers with duplex printing capabilities.
