“We want our products to solve real problems for our customers and for them to become a true ally for their businesses. We stopped commercializing version 3.3 in 2005 and we launched version 4.0 with significant improvements. Currently, version 4.0 coexists with version 4.1. We believe that, since a reasonable period of time has passed,it would be best for our customers to upgrade their systems so that they can get the maximum performance from our solutions.,” said Julio Olivares, president y founder of DocPath.

Easing the migration

Specialized staff from these departments will be responsible for guiding customers that may need help with the migration process.

“We know that upgrading processes can become a real headache for Systems managers. What we pursue with this migration process is for our customers to be able to make the upgrade without having to radically change their existing technology structures and for them to be able to enjoy the advantages of a new version of software. Therefore, besides providing the Support and Consulting services that may be needed, we will offer training to provide specific knowledge on the new features of versions 4.0 and 4.1 of our software”, said Julio Olivares.
