In line with its expansion strategy in Latin America, DocPath, a global company specializing in software solutions for document management, announces the addition of two new leaders to its regional team: Héctor Zárate as Sales Director for Mexico and Central America, and Daniel García as Solutions Director.
With these appointments, the company aims to consolidate its presence in key markets, strengthen customer service, and accelerate its growth in the region.
With over 25 years of experience in technology sales, Héctor Zárate has focused on developing commercial strategies in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Customer Experience Management (CXM) segments. His career is marked by the implementation of high-value solutions in competitive environments. From his new role, he will lead efforts to expand DocPath’s presence in Mexico and boost its positioning in Central America and the Caribbean.
For his part, Daniel García takes on the role of Solutions Director after a solid career in pre-sales, technological architecture, and project management. He has led integration initiatives focused on business communication and omnichannel document management. His approach combines technical vision and an understanding of business objectives, which has allowed him to provide strategic value in complex projects for the Mexican corporate sector.
