Madrid, March 20, 2009 – DocPath, one of the main Spanish document technology manufacturing enterprises, has presented today its new business partner program. The program establishes two levels of collaboration, depending on the software specialization degree of the business partner.
According to Julio Olivares, company President and Founder, “The main goal of the new business partner program is to increase the company´s indirect sales with a program model based on Certified Business Partners and Authorized Business Partners.”.
“An authorized business partner is familiar with DocPath products and solutions from a commercial point of view and acts as an intermediate dealer with no technical support responsibilities. A certified business partner has a profound knowledge of DocPath products and solutions from a commercial as well as from a technical point of view. Therefore, a certified business partner is not only accredited to act as an intermediate dealer, but also to provide technical support and counsel and to install” DocPath Solutions.”
Currently DocPath as a select network of partners in Spain (Avansis, IECISA, Oesía..) as well as in other countries (Avantem, Novatec..), which will grow over the following months with the launch of the new version 4.1 of DocPath products and solutions.
The goal of the new business partner program is to considerably increase indirect sales in the Spanish market. In Spain, sales have been obtained by the DocPath sales department as well as through dealers such as IECISA and Oesía.
Outside Spain, all DocPath sales have been indirect since they are responsibility of local partners with knowledge of their market requirements (the United States, Brazil, Chile, France, Mexico, etc.).
With respect to international dealers, DocPath has signed a global agreement with InfoPrint Solutions, which enables the company to resell DocPath oftware and integrate the software with its printers.
