- DocPath includes its US delegation in the scope of the ISO 9001:2008 standard
- This renewed certification not only demonstrates DocPath´s commitment to continually enhancing the company´s management system, but it also confirms that DocPath is a fully qualified software manufacturer that develops and provides high quality products and services.
Madrid, June 27, 2013 – Just a few months after receiving the ISO / IEC 15504 (SPICE) certification, DocPath renews its ISO 9001:2008 quality seal, which now includes the company´s delegations in the USA and Spain.
The ISO 9001:2008 standard, endorsed by internationally recognized bodies such as UKAS (United Kingdom) and ANAB (USA), validates a company´s internal processes and customer satisfaction levels, which are two pillars that any organization should control via an efficient and effective system in order to manage and improve its products and services.
This recent renovation of the company´s quality certificate highlights DocPath´s trajectory and evolution. DocPath has always been strongly committed to maintaining high quality standards in all of its processes, which is demonstrated by its recent ISO / IEC 15504 (SPICE) certification in Maturity Level 2 for its software development area, and now the ISO 9001:2008 international quality standard, for all of its areas and offices in Spain and the USA.
“By meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008, we have clearly demonstrated our commitment to continuously enhancing our processes and adapting to the needs of each area of the company. This certification, along with the ISO 15504 (SPICE) standard, qualifies us as a trusted company that plans, organizes and controls all of its processes, allowing us to offer our clients high-quality products and services,” says Julio Olivares, DocPath President and Founder.
