Every month we receive lots of bills, for electricity, water, phone, and sometimes even traffic fines. However, we never give thought to who organizes and manages all that data. The answer is easy. DocPath, leader in document technology software, is the company that manages this type of documentation. DGT (Dirección General de Tráfico: Spanish Department in charge of traffic), RACC, Cepsa, Danone, Carrefour, Banco Santander, Iberdrola, Mapfre, El Corte Inglés, Caja Madrid, Veolia, BBVA, Seguros Reale and the Cofares group are only some of the companies in Spain that have made DocPath technology part of their system infrastructure. Likewise, among its international customers are prestigiously recognized banks and first-line corporations, for which DocPath eases the the difficult and complex task of designing, generating and distributing its critical business documents.
Moreovcer, Novatec, a Venezuelan IT company, has just recently joined DocPath’s network of business partners. The level of collaboration between both companies is the Certified Partner level, the maximum business and development level of DocPath, which implies a commercial and technical knowledge of DocPath Solutions.
DocPath dedicates half of its revenue to Research and Development, an area which is a key to its success.
The goal of the new DocPath Business Partner Program is to significantly increase the indirect sales in the Spanish market, that so far have been obtained by the DocPath sales department as well as by its local partners. “The agreement with Novatec allows us to enter a new market, such as the Venezuelan market, which is growing in the IT sector”, said Julio Olivares, President and Founder of DocPath.
One of the short term company objectives is increasing it’s presence in the public sector. Implementing DocPath‘s solutions could be very beneficial for the public adminstration.
DocPath’s success is undeniable because “it is a modern and efficient software that consumes little in resources and produces a high output. Additionally, it offers a wide range of connectivity, avoiding complicated and costly integration developments”, according to Olivares.
DocPath’s major “added value” is their capacity to help and to provide real solutions, always in a collaborative manner.
Furthermore, DocPath has started an international expansion process that will allow the company to take advantage of the technology developed in these last years and, at the same time, to continue to produce new products and solutions for the market. “We look to be among the leaders of this market “, said Olivares.
For this reason, among the main objectives of the company is to create new products and new versions of its existing products, as well to work with its partners to expand its international presence,.
DocPath has been always in constant expansion, technologically growing and looking for structural and financial consolidation. “It has not been easy, but the goal has always been clear. You could say that nothing’s changed and everything’s changed,” said Olivares.
DocPath grew out of an idea and today it’s a company that can look proudly to the future.
