Assa Abloy, a global leader in access products such as automatic and industrial doors, was facing challenges due to having to process high document volumes. Dealing daily with these quantities of documents, such as contracts, invoices, or delivery notes, made it difficult to manage the entire document process and required a long time to complete. In addition to solving this problem, the company was looking for a solution that would allow them to do away with outdated documents and give them a sleeker, more attractive appearance, as well as to better integrate all departments within the organization. DocPath’s Solution
DocPath implemented its document management solution integrated with Oracle (JD Edwards) Enterprise One ERP, capable of producing all the documents the company needed while improving efficiency. This solution allows Assa Abloy to generate different types of documents, from invoices and contracts to shipping and production documents.
