Last year, DocPath® launched its DocPath® Sinclair™ document management system. Thanks to the use of an advanced graphical interface, this document software eases significantly document control throughout the document creation process. One of the new functionalities is the possibility to configure the engines to be used for the document generation.

This document software system had already some very interesting functions, such as displaying all information about the document processing in a control panel or real-time access to this same information.

Suwanee (GA), December 19, 2019, DocPath Sinclair has further improved and enhanced its functionalities, in order to help even more their customer’s needs in keeping pace with the advanced document software world. Both, the performance and the overall stability of the document software product, along with many other options that have been improved, including adding advanced new features, pushing the DocPath® Sinclair™ document management system even further into a leading document software solution.

In the first place, database queries along with how statistics are displayed in the user interface have been streamlined. In addition, it is possible to view the log file of the jobs generated from the interface itself. On top, notifications about the document generation engines and generated jobs, both displayed on the interface, have been included.

Secondly, DocPath's Sinclair document management software now offers the possibility to create "Saved Configurations" in which all configuration options of the document processing engines can be defined. These saved configurations may be applied to the engines, either on demand, or remotely. This further eases the configuration of several engines with the same predefined options.

Furthermore, DocPath Sinclair is integrated with DocPath® Access Identity Management ™ (AIM) in order to manage its users. Within the user configuration, web application permissions and the time zones can be configured. This way all dates, statistics and graphs, according to the previously configured time zone, will be displayed in the optimized Sinclair interface.
