MIRTO’s Problem
The well-known company MIRTO, with over years of experience dedicated to industrial and commercial activity in the textile and fashion sectors, coped with a large documentation baggage prior to the widespread usage of computers, generated through dot matrix printers. Every invoice or delivery note were starting from a pre-printed paper template, then gaps were manually filled by employees.
As a consequence, the management process resulted slow and time-consuming. It was then that incorporating a print manager became a possibility, specially, for PDFs with the competency to work in IBM as400. Because of this, DocPath document software was the best option for MIRTO.
Solution: A Document Software for the Design of Dynamic PDFs
After following other enterprises’ recommendations and proving DocPath’s software integrated on their main database system, MIRTO decided to bet on us. With the implementation of a new document design and generating application, the company no longer relies on the printing press. They are themselves the ones who create now their own archives, both internal and external.
Likewise, by reason of our dynamic document design application, it is viable to incorporate images and improve the presentation quality of PDFs they develop, either invoices, delivery notes or commercial documentation. Still, the ease of use of the document solution has allowed the customer to create forms in a simpler approach, without the need of programming with event code. This way, the chance of any department to design electronic templates with no technical knowledge required, is offered.
On the other hand, in 2021, MIRTO carried out the migration of all their forms to the new version of DocPath’s document software. Afterwards, their files are created much faster than before, thanks to the improved document technology used in the new version of the tool.

Now, it is their time to start working with the print or by sending email directly, attaching the output PDF. Consequently, these savings mean a significant time conservation, as they no longer have to print documents one by one.
The company does now enjoy a substantial change in document aesthetics. Due to images incorporation, PDF presentations have improved, thus users receive a visual document that is more attractive, eye-catching and of higher quality.
